A LOOK INSIDE -
MY HOME STUDIO
This room in my family home has had a few lives - first an office, then a bedroom, and eventually just a storage space full of old sofas and clutter.
Now, over the course of two months, I have completely transformed it into a dedicated creative space.
Here’s the first layout video - still a lot has been added since!
I kicked things off by moving the piano from the next room into the studio - on my own. Probably should’ve hired professionals, but here we are…
Eventually, after moving it around the room a few times (and then again a month later), I finally found the right place for it - and that’s when it started to feel like a proper cosy recording space.
Then…
Now…
I built the desks and furniture myself, painted the shelves, jigsawed the rugs into place (for a bit of sound-proofing) and slowly added decor - all while collecting the gear I needed to start producing my music properly from home.
Since building this space, I’ve been learning how to properly mix and master my own tracks - so the music coming next will all be fully produced in this room!
